Love of Leaves – Thank you

Another card with the Love of Leaves stamp set! Yay! I love the color combination in this card. It is so very fall.

Cardstock and Dimensions (inches)

  • Crushed Curry – 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4, plus scrap for leaf die cut
  • Rich Razzleberry – 5 1/4 x 4, plus scraps for leaf die cut and label die cut
  • Whisper White  – 5 x 3 3/4 (outside of card), 5 x 4 1/4 (inside of card), scrap for sentiment
  • Old Olive – scraps for label and leaf die cut
  • Pumpkin Pie – scrap for leaf die cut
  • Cajun Craze – scrap for leaf die cut

Stamp leaves on Whisper White cardstock (5 x 3 3/4) in a random pattern. Stamp largest leaf first a few times, then the next largest, and so on. I used the same color ink and cardstock for each type of leaf.

Die cut leaves from cardstock. Use both dies for each leaf from the Stitched Leaves Dies set so that the leaf is both cut out and you get the stitching on the insides of the leaves.

Cut large label from Rich Razzleberry cardstock using the Tasteful Labels dies.

Stamp the Thank You sentiment on a scrap of Whisper White cardstock, then use Lovely Labels Pick a Punch to punch out – use a 1/2 inch wide strip of cardstock. Use a 3/4 inch piece of Old Olive cardstock to punch out the layer to go under the sentiment.

Decorate the inside of the card by stamping additional leaves on the 5 1/4 x 4 inch layer and add a sentiment if desired.

Layer Rich Razzleberry cardstock layer on top of Crushed Curry card base, then adhere the 5 x 3 3/4 Whisper White layer that has all of the leaves stamped on it to the Rich Razzleberry layer.

Layer the large Rich Razzleberry label in the middle of the card, then attached die cut leaves on top, using adhesive of choice (liquid glue or tape runner) and Stampin’ Dimensionals. On this card, the stamps in the front are popped up. Attach greeting and Old Olive layer on top of leaves, near the bottom where the stems meet. Some of the stems were trimmed off on this card.

Color Rhinestone Jewels with Stampin’ Blends and attach to card. You don’t have to use too many (I may have gone overboard).

Adhere Whisper White layer to inside of card.

There you have it, a fall-themed Thank You card that looks fabulous! I hope you enjoyed this one. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Thanks for visiting!
